Leading an eight-person team to dismantle the old toolroom, relocate tools and cutting inserts, and organize the layout, shelving and storage in a new room at VOSSLOH MIN Skretnice.

01 / CONTEXT

The challenge

The existing toolroom had to be dismantled and its tools, cutting inserts and shelving transferred to a new room. The project required coordination of the team, the move and the new storage layout.

02 / CONTRIBUTION

What I did

  • Led a team of eight people and allocated tasks across dismantling, relocation and reassembly.
  • Coordinated the transfer of existing tools and cutting inserts from the old toolroom.
  • Organized the dismantling of aluminum shelving and the transfer of its components to the new room.
  • Planned the new toolroom layout and the arrangement of shelving and storage areas.
  • Coordinated reassembly and fitting of the shelving in the new space.
  • Organized the sorting and placement of tools and cutting inserts in the new toolroom.
03 / OUTCOME

The result

The old toolroom was dismantled and its contents transferred to the new room. Shelving was reassembled and fitted to the space, and tools and cutting inserts were sorted and arranged according to the new layout.
