Connecting OEE, downtime records and shop-floor observations through weekly production reporting.
The challenge
Production performance needed regular tracking to support the identification of bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
What I did
- Recorded OEE, downtime and productivity information in Excel.
- Prepared weekly management reports.
- Connected production data with shop-floor observations to support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
The result
Regular reporting provided visibility into production performance and supported improvement discussions.
