5S across the shop floor
Working with operators to create clean, organized workstations with clearly marked locations for the tools they needed.
The challenge
Workstations needed an organized arrangement of the required tools, with clear positions and markings across the shop floor.
What I did
- Led the implementation of 5S across the production floor.
- Created markers to identify tool positions.
- Cleaned workstations together with the operators.
- Organized the required tools at each workstation in the right order, with clear markings.
The result
Workstations were cleaned and equipped with the required tools, arranged in clearly marked positions.
