BMW display assembly line
Mechanical design and assembly support for an automated BMW display assembly line at Continental Novi Sad.
The challenge
The automated assembly line required mechanical structures and supporting elements around robotic cells, integrated with other engineering disciplines.
What I did
- Designed aluminum-profile frames, guarding, camera holders and positioning mechanisms in SolidWorks.
- Worked with electrical, software and production colleagues.
- Supported physical assembly, testing and installation before launch.
The result
Delivered mechanical design contributions and practical assembly support within the multidisciplinary production-line project.
